Hi, I’m Jason Blaustein.
Jason Blaustein is an innovative and strategic business leader with over 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, and client relationship management. Jason has worked with organizations of all sizes from some of the largest and well-known brands in the US and internationally, such as Red Bull, Home Depot, and Goya, as well as national and regional nonprofits such as the US Tennis Association, Histiocytosis Association, and NY Presbyterian, down to startup and small businesses.
While his expertise is in driving growth through creative sales and marketing initiatives, Jason rounds out his professional experience having led his own business which included overseeing sales, operations, and human resources. For the past four years, he has been providing financial consulting for Bank of America. Therefore, Jason understands all aspects of business and can provide hollistic analysis and solutions to leadership and staff, regardless of the industry or department.
Having volunteered at Ground Zero and facilitated PTSD therapy sessions, Jason's superpower is his emotional intelligence and his ability to create atmospheres where individuals feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable about their goals, challenges and painpoints, surfacing fruitful opportunities and developing tailored plans that can truly make an impact, rather than providing the standard cliché business advice.
Jason lived most of his life in New York and is currently based in South Florida with his wife, five children, three dogs, two horses, and a cat. He is an active volunteer with local youth group and athletic organizations and seeks to make a positive impact with every individual he meets.
